Consultation Review; consult went bad!!

It hurts me to leave two starts but I'm not sure if they even deserve two stars. I want to give one star so bad but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Let me get into detail, so arriving started off okay because I got free parking right outside which is rare in NYC. I was happy about that. I got to the building, It was okay from the outside. The door was locked, I rang the bell, knocked on the doors, and windows as I saw them sitting in the office. I waited outside for about 4-5 minutes before a woman came to the door and said "It was Open"... It wasn't open or I wouldn't have been standing in the heat. No greeting at all. She didn't even say hello. She said, "The door was open, come in & have a seat." That rubbed me wrong but I said fine, no big deal.
The other lady with the grey hair was a bit nicer and welcoming so I started to feel better again, I filled out some paperwork, went the bathroom & waited for the next steps. The office is extremely dated, it looks very old, the floors are creepy lol and the lighting isn't welcoming. But again, I liked what I saw on Instagram so I'm trying to let these little things slide.
I got taken into a room to change into disposable bra & thong, it was freezing cold with the A/C on blast. 
The same lady who opened the door for me came in to ask me questions. She finally asked if I was cold, and turned off the air. She starts asking me questions and seemed shocked by my answers. She asked if I smoke, I said no. She looked shocked and said, " not even marijuana or hookah?" "NO, I DONT SMOKE" lol why is that so shocking. She asked I ever had surgery, I said no. She says " Never? No type of surgery at all? no cosmetic procedures ever? wow?" She asked about family medical history and I have no negative health history she just seemed shocked by all my answers and I was a bit confused. 
She then took my blood pressure & my temperature (for COVID-19) after I've been there for 30 minutes. It says on their Instagram they check temperature as soon as you walk in to remain safety standards for COVID-19 but that wasn't true.
She then says, she'll go get the Doctor. Once she leaves I get ready to ask questions. I came prepared with a long list of questions because this is an invasive procedure and I want to know every detail. I refuse to go to any doctor without asking any questions. He comes in and they see my notebook and make a huge show. They start laughing "wow she came with a lot of questions, looks like 5 pages"
My first question was "Are there any complications that can happen during my procedure, if so what are they, and if they occur how can it be taken care of." He responds sarcastically " Well its complications in any surgery, its complications when you step into a street & get hit by a car. everything has a risk" That just wasn't the answer I was looking for, that really turned me off. Then I go to my next question, " what makes this safe lipo & how safe is it? He really laughed and said, " I mean do you want the surgery or not?"
I really couldn't believe it!! Like what? I thought consultations were a chance to talk to your doctor, ask questions, address concerns, and learn as much as you can about your procedure. I was really turned off at this point. I then asked 'How long is the procedure" He turns around and says "first of all I don't even know what you're having done" This is crazy. How don't you know what I'm here for? Don't you have two front desk staff that I've been communicating with. I came to consult for LIPO 360. Come to find out they had BBL written on my paperwork when I never asked for a BBL. All of these things are red flags. You don't know who I am, What I want, what I'm getting and you don't want to answer basic questions regarding my surgery.
He then asks to see my body, I show him my wish pic and photos of work he's done that I like. I'm 165 pounds, 25 years old, no kids, healthy and I'm 5'3. He asked me "why don't you want a BBL? I said I prefer just a flat stomach and no back rolls. I don't care to have a big butt. He looks at my body then tells me he would add fat to my hips. I told him I don't want to reinject any fat into my body. I want it all out. He told me he wouldn't be able to give me a flat stomach. He said he likes natural results and wouldn't be able to make my stomach extra flat because " my skin" 
I'm young, no kids, been staying healthy & active since 17 but have stubborn fat. I see doctors on Instagram including him snatch stomachs way bigger than mines, with poor skin elasticity, stretch marks loose skin, etc. So I asked if you cant give me the results I want, can you show me an example of what I can look like? He showed me results of a big fat lady, who was still fat after her first-round & she had to get two rounds and still wasn't snatched. I was shocked. I see people bigger than me go in with one round & come out slim & trim. He went on his Instagram to open all his photos to tell me " I can't make you look like this" mind you those people look bigger than me. I'm just confused. 
Then he quoted me $9,500!!!! That is a huge rip off after telling me he can't even snatch me or give me a flat stomach. I can get a BBL, Ab Etching & Arm + Leg Lipo for $9,500 & really be SNATCHED! this isn't worth the money. He's wearing a Rolex and Hermes shoes and his office looks old & he wants $9,500? You Laughed at me for coming in with questions. I will take my money elsewhere. Wanted to also support a black surgeon but I will stick with the original doctor I had in mind.
