Noticeable lumps of fat and divots all over my stomach

I debated so long and went back and forth whether or not I should write this review, but honestly I hope I can save someone from making the same mistake I did. Or maybe if the doctor reads this he will take more pride in his work in the future and take care of his patients who trusted him and paid him thousands of dollars. I got liposuction and fat transfer to my breasts. I was very unhappy with the outcome of my liposuction/fat transfer. This doctor really doesn’t care for his patients and he just cares about getting to the next patient so he can make more money. My whole experience felt rushed. When I started my procedure he started making tunnels and numbing me with the tumescent fluid, it didn’t seem like he had any type of methodical process while doing this or with the liposuction as well. He was supposed to do my bra back rolls as well, but when he went to take the fat out I think he realized he forgot to numb that area because it hurt so bad that he had to stop. I had to later email them to get a refund for that procedure because he never did it, which is annoying because I paid for it. I wish I knew where he was going to make all the incisions because I have little scars all over still, some of them have faded but I think he could have done a better job at explaining that before. I would have chosen a different surgery had I know beforehand. In terms of my results, my stomach turned out so lumpy and extremely uneven. It was so uneven that on the right side of my belly button there was still a bunch of fat left but the left side was flat it looked so embarrassing. If I took pictures from the side it looked like I was pregnant because the other side was so flat. There was also a lot of other noticeable lumps of fat and divots all over my stomach. I emailed them and they agreed that it was uneven and to do a revision. When I went in for the revision appointment and pointed out all the areas of concern that I wanted fixed, he just said “let’s just focus on this area right here.” Also I forgot to mention, I was getting ready for my wedding so I had also lost 10 lbs on top of my surgery, and even after losing the weight it was still super lumpy and uneven. I was just upset that I came back for the revision and he couldn’t even be bothered to do a decent job the second time. Like it’s already a lot to have to go through this process once, but to go through it the second time and made feel like you don’t matter is just so defeating. He dismissed my concerns about the other areas that were still lumpy and just focused on the right side and a tiny bit under my breast. There is still a noticeable amount of fat on the right side that he didn’t fix and I’m just pissed I paid all that money for him to mess up my body. The fat transfer to my breast almost completely disappear ed and now my breasts are lumpy too, I can’t even get breast implants now because the lumps will show. People are paying a lot of hard earned money, not to mention that the whole process is stressful as it is to just have everything turn out botched.
