I’m not satisfied with Dr Wright and the result of my procedure . My consultation was in his office, not an exam room. Not thorough and hard to talk to. I had my procedure, lipo abdominal, flanks, back. Had lymphatic massages. Had 3 month follow up, he took pics. Had 6 month follow up, no pics and I explained I still had back fat and he insisted it was skin. He mocked me for still wearing my faja. At 7 months I wrote him an email expressing how unsatisfied I was that results werent continuing to measuring up to the $8000 I paid, and sent him current photos. I scheduled a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon in Bellevue , who does body sculpting and lipo. He Examined me and said I was needing body sculpting front and back. (The hairs stuck up on the back of my neck) I told him I just had lipo front and back 8 months ago. He just shook his head in disbelief.
I had another follow up at month 8, with Dr Wright. In detail went over photos and told him I haven’t gained 1 pound since the procedure and my result has looked worse and worse since month 3. Progress really came to a halt after he told me to STOP wearing the faja. He was still insisting it was skin, no fat that I was showing him. I told him I had a second opinion. Then he said , well yes there is still fat, and I could do more lipo if you want, but you have to pay for it.
I thought follow-ups were to monitor progress or lack of. He said he wasn’t going to revise for free. He could do more, but I would have to pay for it.
WOW. After me being so diligent with no weight gain and a dozen lymphatic messages, I got zero accountability that more fat could have been taken out. (He took out 2 1/2 liters, max by law is 5) . So here I am only 8 months post op and another board certified plastic surgeon is telling me I need to have body sculpting all the way around torso. So so disappointed. I will not use Dr Wright again, nor will I recommend him to anyone for surgery. Another note, after the surgery Dr Wrights staff was not helpful at all about the drainage. Bandaging and 2 nd stage fajas. I received all my information from the lymphatic massage business. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
