BBL Fat Transfer Disaster!

I had my consultation and all communication by email and photos as I was unable to make it into his NY office. I was told I had enough fat and was a good candidate for fat transfer from upper & lower stomach, flanks, back, arms, and inner thighs to buttocks and breast. I was slightly overweight (5'7" & 150pds at the time) but had no butt no matter how much I exercised. A week pre-op my procedure, after having paid in full $15k, in person, he tells me he'd have to do aggressive lipo as I did not have enough fat. When I asked him why he said (in email) that I did have enough fat, he replied that his office responded! I didn't know what the outcome meant regarding aggressive lipo and asked to remove the fat transfer to breast from the procedure, that I just wanted to focus on having a proportioned-sized butt, and also I suggested I gain more weight and reschedule the procedure. He kept reassuring me that it's not an issue and I'll be fine and that he'll transfer a percent to my butt and make my breasts slightly fuller. (little did I know a pandemic lock-down lay ahead) After the procedure (01/20/2020) the doctor wasn't there when I woke up and the staff sent me home with instructions. After the 1st-week post-op visit following my procedure he and his staff basically disappeared. I called and left voicemails and emailed with questions as I had a large burn and looked completely disfigured. My next follow-up with him (one month later which took numerous emails and calls to achieve) was a horrific experience. I was having anxiety and asking about garments and questions about my burns and disfigurement and he basically said this was the best outcome and to get massages. I pulled out garments that I bought to ask if they were the correct size for compression and he automatically said, yes that's fine without even asking me to try them on and did not take one look at the garment. He was literally smirking without care for my concerns and basically pushed me out of his office saying he has other people he needs to see. I just turned 39 (never gave birth) and have complete sagging skin on my entire stomach from top to bottom as well as my back and inner thighs. My stomach has lumps, indentations, ripples, and is completely uneven, including my waistline. The fat transfer to my butt over a year later is painful with hard lumps and there are excessive uneven fat bulges. I had a beautiful body and all I wanted was a little butt that I lacked to boost my self-confidence. Now my entire stomach, back, and inner thighs have completely no fat, are sagging, and look like crepe paper. His bedside manner was horrific! He basically took my money, was dishonest about the outcome regarding aggressive lipo with the lack of fat I had, and disappeared after 2 visits where I was pushed out the door. I have sought the help of 3 other cosmetic surgeons recently who confirmed I had aggressive and uneven lipo for them to fix, two of which know Del Vecchio. At first, he and his office personnel were polite, answered all questions, told me what I wanted to hear. He has destroyed my body and my confidence and has caused me a great deal of depression.
