Great Breast Augmentation but Bad Lipo, Aftercare, and Communication.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but the communication throughout this process has been more than unsatisfactory at this point and i've been trying to remedy this situation for over a month now.
On July 15th 2020 I was scheduled to have a Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and bra roll (LIPO 360) w/ BBL and breast augmentation (As stated on my quote). I opted out of the BBL for personal reasons but continued with the Liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and bra roll and breast augmentation.
Around two days post op I noticed a large indentation going across the right side of my abdomen.
I was concerned and brought this up at my first post op appointment and was told by Dr. Celestin that it was just swelling and will eventually go down. I've been getting massages and following all post op instructions however as of today (9 months later) the huge gash is still there and shows even more.
My quote also stated that I was supposed to get liposuction of the bra rolls/axilla area and I didn't get tha, nothing was done to my back aside from my waist. Liposuction was only performed on my upper/lower abdomen and my waist. I remember asking if my bra rolls were also getting lipo'd while I was getting marked up the morning of surgery and I was told that it was not so don't understand why that was a part of the quote if that was not going to be apart of my surgery.
I also had to E-mail about my prescriptions the night before surgery and wasn't given the location to pick up my prescription until almost 9pm when the pharmacy closes at 10pm and I had to be in for surgery at 5am which is unacceptable.
I contacted Dr. Celestin's office and E-mailed my concerns on March 18th 2021, was told by one of her staff members that she was going to schedule a video call with the doctor and I and that she was also going to give me a call back that Tuesday to discuss the bra roll liposuction which is what the quote said I was supposed to receive.
I was able to have a video call a few days later showing the areas that were botched and was told I was going to receive a quote for the cost of the liposuction revision. I didn't receive a quote via E-mail so I then Texted and E-mailed March 26th asking about the quote and the follow up call that bra roll area I was supposed to receive, I never received a call.
I received the quote via E-mail that night (March 26th) at 9pm, I promptly responded to the E-mail asking about the liposuction of the bra roll that I didn't receive and didn't get a response. I E-mailed again asking for a follow up about my original invoice having bra roll lipo being included but me not receiving bra roll lipo and I have yet to receive an E-mail response as of today April 16th.
Dr. Celestin did an amazing job with my breast but i'm afraid to move forward with a revision because I have yet to get a simple E-mail response after spending 12K on this surgery. The communication between her team and I has been nothing but confusion and at this point I feel like im being ignored. The pictures attached show the uneven liposuction that I will now have to pay to get revised.
