Bad Experience with dr Nathaly bello

My experience with dr Nataly bello was not comfortable and easy at all which adds a lot of stress to anybody who’s getting any procedure done. Her team is by far the worst when it comes to customer service and attention. Her team is very rude and they play with your time like it doesn’t matter. Her postsurgical massages are terrible because they don’t go by appointment  And you’ll be in pain for 5 hours before they take care of you and they will also get you to spend a lot of money on unnecessary things, plus giving dollars to these people and expecting change back will never happen.Also came to find out that natally doesn’t do surgeries herself but she has other doctors doing them which are very rough when it comes to your body because they’re in a rush to do as many patients as they can in a day which can lead to a lot of mistakes starting with her team til the end of your surgery. When i first went to her all her team were talking and saying that she only did 3 patients a day making you believe that they will take their time with you and it will be a smooth process which is not at all. Dr natally bello does about 12 to 14 patients a day which is the reason why she tells many of her patients to go in at 3am to get them ready but you won’t get a surgery at 3am is more like waiting 7 hours to get you checked in with her shitty and unprofessional team which can make any mistakes along your procedure because all they worry about is how much fun they had on the weekend and being on their phones the whole time. DR natally bello’s surgeons are so rough that you will feel that a train ran over you and to make it worse one of her patients coded when I was there.SMH
Dr natally bello needs to understand that professionalism with her practices begins from the housekeepers all the way to herself if she likes to keep her practice going.Good luck to whoever wants to go to her.
