Few years ago i did my upper arms lipo with dr arthur tjandra from medan, indonesia. He did a 4 dimensional lipo on my arms. He over lipo-ed my arms and now my arms are uneven. Some parts are so skinny that there seem to be a dent in my arms. Is there a way to make it look smooth and straight ever again? I went to him to get rid of my fat arms in the first place so that i could wear sleeveless tops but turns out i am not going to be able to wear sleeveless tops confidently ever after all, after what a bad job he had done to my arms.
I informed him about it and he told me to pay 1k for the anesthesia and he will do a fat transfer from other parts of my body to my arms. Thing is, he lost my trust after what he did to me and i dont feel comfortable going back to him. What if he screw another part of my body up? Everytime i see my arms i feel so depressed, he had ruined my life.

This doctor did a phenomenal job, unlike many other surgeons whom doesnt give a rat's ass about sculpting a body of perfection.

I would let him fix it. He does like to sculpt to where you have your muscle definition.. However, he is a perfectionist and would ultimately give you what you want. If you weren't clear about not wanting muscle definition he wouldn't have known.
I personally love your results. You can see the definition of your deltoid muscle (upper shoulder muscle) and your triceps (side and back arm muscles). This is the type of result I would personally hope for. I had him do my calves and ankles. I know he would fix it the way you like now that he knows what you would like.
