Results Meet Expectations but Doctor Needs Better Bedside Manners.

I had liposuction on my waist and bra back rolls. I lost 60lbs on my own and by back fat is by far the most stubborn part for me to lose weight. I read mixed reviews about Dr Dawson and one lady’s review sounded like a nightmare and I ended up having a similar experience. Dr Dawson met my expectations as far as my results. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, just to lessen my back rolls. He did that. My issue is his bedside manner. No greeting during the consultation; I was just another item to check off his list for the day. Surgery was a nightmare as the lidocaine took longer than expected to kick in and I felt EVERYTHING for the first half of my surgery. Instead of consoling me he just told me to be quiet and sit still (I was shaking uncontrollably) and I even started crying and he made comments like “you have tattoos so I don’t understand why you’re crying”. When I did my post-op and expressed concerns that my sides were uneven he was very dismissive and it took a complaint with the BBB to get my revision booked. His work is fine but he’s a very condescending doctor. If you don’t care about attitude and just want average results, he’s your guy.
