Awake throughout surgery - still dealing with major pain

During my procedure at Sono Bello, i was awake throughout everything, and all I can say is my experience was the most painful/traumatizing experience I have ever gone through. This Doctor has no bedside manner whatsoever. I scream and cried for the entire 2 hours and all he did was shut me up. Im currently in the recovery process and still dealing with major pain, Sono bello is the worst when it comes to customer service and actually caring for the patient. I’m still in shock and disbelief of what I went through.
