I never thought this day would come
I am, as I write, sitting at the beach with my legs exposed, ankles bare. I /never/ thought this day would ever come.
I do still get some swelling, and you can still see the incisions, but they’re lightening.
This is a dream come true. I cant recommend this enough to people.

Outstanding
I couldnt’ve made a better decision! I still wear the compression garments just about every single day, and I get swelling at the end of the day, and spots that still don’t quite have correct feeling - though if this is anything like my previous liposuction, I understand that feeling may never return to complete normal. I am able to kneel on my knees again, I’ve gotten back to horseback riding, and life is pretty normal all things considered. Occasionally i get days of sensitivity, but I can’t complain.
Dry brushing is still a godsend for the when the legs get particularly itchy. And I know that I am still in the healing process, and it is far from over. But working out and seeing my quads pop, and just looking down to see ankles… It’s like nothing else. If you’re wondering whether or not you should, I highly recommend.

Relief!
I have been given some relief thanks to another woman from this website. I couldn’t be more thankful.
Dry brushing has given me the most relief from itching, I didn’t think it would work because I can’t really touch my own legs with my hands at the moment because of how sensitive they are, but for some reason the dry brush gives the most amazing sensation. I greatly highly recommend.
Also spray on dermacol seems to help a bit too.
And if I haven’t mentioned getting a wedge pillow for your legs when you sleep yet in this review, I saw a significant reduction in my swelling the next morning when I got it.
Ankles currently are the bane of my existence, wearing any kind of sock for any period of time sucks, tbh... I did go out and get myself new flats that go below the ankle and have no top to them. For Hahas I tried on pumps for the first time…
Guys. I have ankles. I could cry.
Obviously I am still swollen, but we are getting there. Finally started working out again, going to take leg day very slow.
