Coming up on month 6

WORTH IT$3,510
it'll be about half a year since surgery and I love how my shape is. Right now the main issue is waviness in my stomach area as well as a puffy belly button. I know it takes 6 months before you can get a glimpse of a final result, so im remaining hopeful

You look beautiful and I think you were a success. I'm wondering if the ripples/waves and lumps eventually went away with more time?
No, they didn't unfortunately. I would blame them on the quarantine weight gain, but they were there beforehand.
I know with massage some have had success up to a year. Regardless, everything looks great
Thank you! I'm past a year and am not sure if it could still help or not.

First Post Visit

Had my first post op visit and got a smaller compression garment since my other one apparently is too big. Since changing to the smaller one my stomach got extremely hard. I did get a lymphatic massage the next day and it was such a relief for me. This go round I did the lymphatic massage and the radio frequency, and it's crazy how much of a difference it made.
I know many people want to not spend money but honestly, don't go through the operation without having budgeted for massages. They have helped me feel better every time and I think I would be a lot more susceptible to the tendency of becoming depressed due to feeling uncomfortable/dealing with swelling and lumps. I say that because a lot of people get sad when things seemingly get worse and it's difficult to wait for things to resolve themselves when you got the surgery to better yourself in the first place.
So, just keep that in mind.

Thanks for your insight and tip on massages - it's good to hear how effective this has been. Are you feeling fully healed now?

Before Pics

I didnt really have a lot of photos where I allowed it to be clear how much weight I'd gained in 2019. I do have a few from 2018 which is when I gained a lot of weight from stress even though I worked out religiously.
