Lack of Clinic Oversight and Quality Process
I would not recommend Cosmos Clinic based on my experience of Vaso liposuction procedure.
The procedure covered the lower abdominal area and flank, and the results was underwhelming. A follow-up touched up was refused based on the latest clinician’s opinion, despite of the photo results. However, 3 clinicians were changed to review my results throughout the pre to post procedure.
There was no thorough evaluation of the procedure’s outcomes—just vague reassurances that everything was fine. The clinic even failed to track or document my concerns adequately, relying on drawing notes instead of proper record-keeping.
The clinic also made numbers of errors, including miscommunication about my medical history, and there was no clear plan for follow-ups or consistency in treatment and feedback or complaint processes.
I regret choosing Cosmos Clinic and wish I had received more professional care as they have advertised. However, I would recommend cosmos clinic if you would like to gamble your luck with their procedure, as their selling techniques is very memorable.
