Officially 2 weeks post-op
Its officially been two weeks and I have been given permission to wear my face garment only at night. I'm still checking about the body compression garment though. My face is definitely more defined but i still have that connection part that is usually the double chin. The sides of my neck are huge so I'm hoping they will go down very soon. I know I have another 4 weeks before I can see any real results.
I do have a problem though. I have a weird lump right in the middle of my upper abdomen thats very squishy. That area used to look slightly like abs but now its conected and just weird. I'm going to keep massaging it and give it another week or so to see if it goes down, if not I will tell my PS. I just stared wearing my new body compression garment yesterday and it's a size smaller so maybe that will help. I did realise this morning when I felt my sides, they feel more defined than with my other garment.
I have decided to continue wearing my garments for another 2 weeks 24/7, however. I'm hoping results would come out better by me doing that. It's getting really hot here in London so I've been trying to spend more of my time indoors and drinking at least 4 litres of water. I also start work on Monday, I can't wait for that.

11 days post-op
I had my first massage today. The machine is set to include the whole body in 1 hour so its like 3-4 mins on all parts of the body. It felt great but im going to see if i can adjust it to spend more time on my stomach.
My stomach isnt low hanging like two days ago, its lifted up and firmed up even more. I'm going to learn massage techniques tomorrow to do myself because the hardness is a bit worrying.

10 days post-op
Been going strong. I finished taking my antibiotics 3 days ago and have been taking pain killers only when it's absolutely necessary (I haven't taken any today). My stomach and chin have started to harden so I have to start massaging. I have been managing to massage my chin fine but the stomach is a different story. I have my first lymphatic massage tomorrow and the salon I chose uses a roller massage machine which is apparently more painful but is effective as well. I will post an update with pictures after my appointment.

Centre for Surgery
Mr Antonios Mitsakos is an amazing surgeon and I'm so glad I let him take control and do what he thought looked good. When I went to see him I told him I wanted liposuction on my chin, stomach, sides, back and thighs but when he asked me more questions I started hesitating because I only knew what I wanted, I didn't think about anything else and I'm glad he understood and took control. I can't wait to fully heal up and see the outcome of his work.
