3 years update
Overall, am happy with the results. I have all the breast size I desire. I have enough to push up when I need but not big at all for sports and general no bra wearing. I have retained all the size from my last update.
The skin over the liposuctioned abdomen looks good for my age and carrying baby at age 40. No complaints there. Beware that it is well documented that 10% increase in visceral fat will probably come back pumping up your waist measurement after all liposuction, especially if you don't do alot of cardio right after the procedure (which I didn't). My waist measurement is bigger than it was 6 months (after swelling went down), but I'm currently on a workout regime, so we will see.

Update at 18 months Post and Advice
Reflections on this procedure after a year is that it is still worth it BECAUSE I did it FIRST, for the liposuction around the stomach and SECOND for the added boost to the bust. I have always disliked the weight gain in the stomach area and after pregnancy, there were even more areas in the hips and stomach that retained fat muffin top.
The breast plump was exciting, but a year out, there were things that weren’t that great. They will UNDER-emphasize that of the fat that does not die, your body will react to the transferred fat like a foreign substance in that it will form little tiny capsules around some of the dead fat, giving you lumps. Sure it does not happen to EVERY person, but it is very common. It’s not a health risk, but you WILL have to attend to it as if it MIGHT be. I am 53 and have had few problems with my breasts (other than wishing they were a bit bigger), and was an excellent candidate. 8 months later I found lumps in BOTH breasts, about 3 or 4 in each. 2 in each breast problematic enough to need BIOPSIES — which, of course, turned out to be fine, but will need to be checked on from now on, — which also were not covered fully by health insurance, as it is outside of just your basic yearly mammogram.
Results are 1 cup size increase as expected; I asked to have the fat emphasized in the ‘cleavage’ area because having cleavage to ‘push up’ is more important than having size! I have retained a good amount of the initial increase, but after it settles, is always less than idealized. Cup size is not as important as how it looks. Depending on how your bra fits, or even if you are wearing the ‘correct’ bra size, the number can fluctuate wildly. Reddit has a great thread on finding your correct size. I went there after my procedure to find out how to fit my new chest…and I found I was a 32D but I’d been wearing a 34A/AA before. That 2” difference means that BEFORE my procedure I was more accurately a “32” B. That means in the OLD bra sizing, I’d now be a 34C. Check it out ladies - wearing the right BAND SIZE is life changing and btw, Victoria Secret goes by their own sizing.
Anyways, my stomach is flat, despite a 10 lb weight gain (much of that is from muscle I think), so I am overall happy. If you are harvesting the fat from an area you want to reduce, I would recommend this procedure as an add-on, but I would NOT do fat transfer JUST TO INCREASE BREAST SIZE. I was shocked to see there is a review on here where the doctor took fat from WHEREVER they wanted to put it in. Of most of the people who seem unhappy on here, it is because the areas where it is taken formed dimples; it seems like bad results can happen from improper harvesting…

One month and a week update
Due to COVID isolation, I didn't get to have an in-person one month check in but I did do a call with Dr. K in FaceTime. So far so good.
I don't have pics, but the measurements have not changed. Not much swelling when I wake up in the morning but in the evening on days where I don't elevate my legs, the swelling comes back. And, there are hard bumps that are under the skin that seem to come and go. I have begun more rigorous massaging of my abdomen and flanks (my donor sites) where there was liposuction. It is a little painful, but seems to be getting rid of the bumps. I found a few sites on YouTube on how to do self-Lymphatic Massage and I've begun exercising again. Climbing stairs - 30 floors yesterday! for aerobics and 30 minutes of basic Pilates moves. The sensation was a little intense but it feels like it's helping flatten that area (circulation increase?).
I've stopped taking the special supplements for post surgery, but continue to do my regular supplements. I think I'm pretty much heading back to my regular activities and food. Will post pictures again soon, maybe in the next week or so, since not that much has changed since the last picture.
