Not happy so far - feel like it didn't change anything

I had my 3 month follow up and informed her I was not happy. She said this is your final result and situps will help my progress. She said I would not need a follow up appointment. This was a very fast follow up. My inches and appearance did not change. I paid ove $5200 and not happy with my results or care.

I always been exercising and used to teach classes. I love working out, but my problem was always my abdominal. I had 2 c-sections, hysterectomy and my appendix scar. I wanted to get this fixed because nothing else I did would make it look better. I went to a consultation and a good candidate for a liposuction since I was not heavy. I was told a good option would be lower abdominal and lower back and the appendix scar fixed if possible. I did not need any skin tightening added and would be happy with wearing a swimming suit again. I had this procedure done and I am not happy with my results after 3 months so far. I don't see any changes, or any change in waist or hip size. My body looks the same. I had lymphatic massages, some cavitation and RF done (6 sessions).
I still wear my garment even though I was told I did not need to. I paid a lot of money and feel like it didn't change anything. I see other results on people that looks so much different than before. I have not had a post-up appointment yet but fear when I do, I will be told how much different it looks to make me happy.
