I Cannot Believe This...
I started off this journey wanting a new body because I’ve been slim most of my life and then I had a child which of course made me gain weight and in my opinion look like a box. I did some research on the process and what I thought would look best for me and decided on lipo 360. I decided to go with Dr. David and I am now regretting it.
Let’s start at the beginning. I was quoted $5850 for Lipo 360 which was odd because he was running a special for a full BBL that cost less but whatever. Leading up to my procedure, my appointment was changed a few times, my prescriptions were never sent to my pharmacy and on the day of the procedure I received a text stating that my appointment needed to be pushed to a later time because the doctor got a late start due to his first patient running late.
While being marked for surgery I described to Dr. David the shape that I desired. I was in the table for 45 minutes if that. The pain during the procedure wasn’t unbearable, probably a 7/10 and afterwards I was so high that I certainly didn’t feel anything.
Because I lived out of state, I couldn’t do my post-op massages in NY so I found a local sis that could provide the services. When I removed my bandages for the first time I could see that I was smaller but my body looked odd. I just figured it was swelling and I would let my body settle as I had read that it can take up to a year to actually see final results.
I followed all of the instructions such as wearing my faja, compression boards, foam, massages, and not eating any carbs and notice that my body still didn’t look right. It was lumpy and I hated it. I mentioned the lumpiness at my first appointment and was told by someone in the staff that I had to wait a bit to see results. So I waited. When I booked my 2nd post-op visit I specifically asked to see Dr. David and not just someone from his staff. He looked at me for 2 minutes and said that the lumps would go down. Meanwhile the massage therapists are trying absolutely everything to rub and even the lumps out, they even asked where I went (I’m sure that was discussed in the break room later).
It’s been over a year since my surgery (i made sure to wait just so I wouldn’t hear how it takes a year) since then I’ve texted complaining about the lumps and unevenness and have not been able to see Dr. David again. Due to the pandemic I was supposed to have a FaceTime consultation but no one called during the scheduled time. I complained about that and Dr. David responded to my email asking for my number and still hasn’t called.
My stomach is a MESS! It seems like he only did an okay job on my lower back and sides but still back fat in the bra area. I know for sure that I need a revision to even everything out and have it done the right way.
