Liposuction of abdomen experience

I got fitted for my faja/waist trainer before the procedure. I measured for a size 42 with the extender all the way out.
They weren't kidding about the twilight zone. I remember being on the table and watching the fat going into the canister. After that, nothing. I woke up the next morning in pain. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but that first day I took two doses of my pain killer. The next day one and then I switched to tylenol extra strength. A week later I had stopped that. There are 6 bandages. At two sites I have stitches. Two others look like dots. The last two, at the bottom of my stomach are open in order to drain. I was most surprised about the hardness. It covers a pretty big surface area. Ive heard it could take up to 6 months to a year to be resolved. By now I'm not using the extender on my waist trainer.
2 weeks after my first procedure I had my appt for the lymphatic massage. I was anxious going to that appt. How would this lady he able to massage an area that was so sore. Let me tell you! I should've done it days after the procedure. She touched it so light but I still felt relief. I got up from that table 50% painless than how I started. I will definitely schedule to go there right after the second procedure. I plan to go two more time beforethen. Because of that massage I am able to do the self massages. I am now at the last hook and am contemplating buying a size one or two smaller. Oh and this is with me wearing a board. I felt the board was necessary as my stomach folded and I still have a pooch at the bottom of my stomach. So now I dont want to have to keep buying them but I know after the second procedure I should be even smaller. With 2 sizes smaller I am hoping to fit right now with the extender. I will post a before and after pic soon.

My before pics

Here is a few pictures of what I'm starting with, before procedure 1. I have scheduled a total of 2 procedures. Procedure 1 is liposuction of the abdomen. Procedure 2 will be liposuction of the arm pit, bra fat, & flanks and bbl. I will update as I go.

Liposuction

I am scheduled for my first procedure today. My second procedure will be in April. But for today it is to be lipo of my upper and lower stomach. I was excited leading up to this day but woke up feeling anxious. I will update with my experience.
