Worse decision I’ve made. He did not deliver the results

Do not let his seemingly knowledgeable way of communicating fool you. I visited his office for sculptra injections but after consulting with him, decided on hip dip fat grafting. He explained that it was a more permanent solution. He should have turned me away and and said this wasn’t his area of expertise. Rather, he took my money and did not deliver the results; he literally did not perform the procedure. After my surgery, I knew right away that I had wasted almost $10k. I was mortified and felt taken advantage of. During my post-op he admitted to not getting the desired outcome of my surgery and that he’s a perfectionist. He kept talking over me and insisted that the results would appear after swelling went away. I never say results, so he offered body contouring to fix what he didn’t do. My expectation is that Dr.’s consult and practice with integrity and I should be refunded me for his inability to provide the service that I paid for. This was the worst decision that I’ve made in my life.
