Nathaly Bello DR (terrible experience)

I went to DR to do surgery with Nathaly Bello which didn’t happen. I got there August 3, 2020 at 4pm so I didn’t do labs until the next day 8am. August 4, 2020 I went to Bello’s office everything seemed unorganized. I met with my coordinator Yojhamy, whom I’ve been keeping in contact with for the past couple months, when I first got there she spoke to me for a couple minutes walked off then went somewhere else came back and continued the same behavior.She then finally gives me a paper for me to get my labs done, which is located on the first floor of Bello’s office, I go do my labs and covid 19 antibodies test. Because of the amount of tests I had to take it took me two whole days because Bello’s assistant gives you a paper to go to another clinic for whatever your getting tested for to go there and have it done. So with all that happening my surgery date which was scheduled for August 5, 2020 had been postponed until August 6, 2020. August 5, 2020 I went to the clinic where bello’s office is to do three more tests. Keep in mind my labs came back wed morning. Which was the 5. After my very last test Yojhamy tells me I’m done. She told me my quote is no longer 4200 which I initially was quoted prior, & that covid made the prices go higher so my new quote was 5,000. When I asked her why didn’t anyone inform me on the quote change she said they were busy. Also they make you pay for every single test you take individually when you actually think it comes inside your package with your quote. They make you pay for it and claim they will later reimburse you. At the end of the day on Wednesday because I was there all day. They decided to tell me that I need to go get a covid swab test and pay and additional $100 fee for the test. So Thursday morning I go and I take the covid swab test me and another girl from my recovery home.The girl gets her results Saturday morning I don’t get mine back until Monday night @ 8:27pm tell me why is that? I’m assuming it’s because Bello’s team isn’t attentive! Yojhamy is a very inconsiderate assistant she doesn’t care and she ignored me constantly after trying to find out my results so I can have surgery.I called her Saturday night and she answered I told her that this is unfair to me because I’ve been here since the 3rd of August in a recovery home and I’m not getting my money’s worth because I haven’t even started a surgery so she says to me “ it’s not my fault you came to the country (DR) covid +. Mind you I’m covid negative for antibodies on my PAPER that they took with the labs and with the covid swab! The audacity right? Yeah so I decided to go with another doctor and she writes me “hello” sends me my covid results and still never even gave me a surgery date. I ended up going to my other doctor whom I had a deposit with.
