Horrible experience - uneven results with loose skin

In the Fall of 2021 I hired an instagram famous surgery coordinator by the name of beautyandthesurgeon in the hopes to do the right thing and fix a previous round of liposuction that left me uneven and with some fibrosis. Hiring her was the first huge mistake in this process. Beautyandthesurgeon recommended Dr Frank Lamadrid telling me he will do great with my body and he is an amazing Doctor, when she had never worked with him in the past and didn't know his work personally, so basically she was testing him with me which I had no idea. She sent me to the worst doctor and didn't listen to me when I said I wasn't liking the reviews I was reading and the results and she assured me he is great don't worry about it , not to listen to people which was the worst advice coming from a surgery coordinator who you are trusting with your life. So we booked with Frank Lamadrid and he was booked a whole year out so I waited per her advice because I wanted to do the best of the best and get the best results. I was quoted $10,000 dollars which its a lot for out of the US but I wanted the best. The surgery day finally comes after waiting a whole year I meet the doctor for my consultation he is very nice and pleasant with great energy I tell him the look that I want to achieve and I show him a poster I made with wish pics of my dream body with bullet points of what I want , armpit lipo extra ($500), chest lipo extra ($500) upper back side extra ($500) I asked him to lipo my pubic area as well. I felt uneasy it was kinda rush and I didn't feel like he was listening to what I was saying but I thought maybe it was my nerves. Surgery day comes I was scheduled for 1pm his last patient of the day, I was taken to a public hospital with lots of local patients and family members waiting for different types of procedures it was a very small hospital not as nice as the the doctors office in the top floor of a high rise with a view. which I found odd that he would do surgery here which just didn't reflect the image of luxury he portrays on instagram. His assistant brings me to this recovery area where his first patient is recovering I am there for an hour then his second patient comes out of the OR I wait probably 30 minutes. His assistant takes me to a different recovery area full of local patients recovering from surgery and she has me stand behind a curtain to wait for the doctor to come and mark me up, I again told me what I wanted he said yes and tells me you are going to come out looking great so I am all hyped after he tells me this while marking me. I brought my poster with my wish pics so he can look at it during surgery and he said he doesn't need it because he already knows, so I said it doesn't hurt to keep it in the OR for reference. His assistant brings me to this tiny operating room and has me get naked and stand on this round bucket so they can wash me up then have my lay on the table then the anesthesiologist puts me to sleep. I was woken up in the recovery area, his two previous patients are still there, I woke up feeling nauseous and confused I was being rush to recover because the driver was outside waiting for us to take us back to the hotel even though I wasn't ready I was throwing up and dizzy. They give me a bucket and put me on a wheelchair , put me in a van with the other two patients and sent us to the Hotel where I kept throwing up. I was not giving a chance to recover like the other two patients it was so short, my surgery was really short I was probably in surgery for a little over 1 hour. The next day we all go to the doctor's office where we get massages and see the doctor for the first time after surgery. I am in the massage room with the massage lady, she helps me take my faja off , I look at my body and I my heart sunk, I still looked the same!!! in fact I looked worse my right side was bigger than my left side, I know there is swelling and fluid I have been through this before but even with the swelling you still can see improvements and how your shape kinda will be and I didn't see any of that with my first round I saw the difference right away. The doctor comes in during my massages I told hime I am unhappy and that my right side is bigger than my left he tells me its swelling its too early and that because I had fibrosis I am more swollen than most people so he tells his assistant to give me a shot in the leg to help with swelling. I am still not happy because I can see right through the swelling and know that it is fat and not swelling but I am hopeful. The massage lady tells me that a lot of patients say the same thing that one said is bigger than the other after the surgery which is a red flag. She is massaging my abdomen and not much fluid is coming out so she sticks a plastic hose though the incision on both side of my abdomen to help get the fluid out and still not much comes out, which is concerning me, she sits me up and drains me from the back incision and fluid comes out and I felt relieved. This goes on pretty much everyday I went for massages except I never saw Dr.Frank Lamadrid ever again he was always too busy. I let me concerns known to his assistant and she just kept saying its swelling give it time. I get back to the states and continue my massages ,days, weeks, month go by and 3 packages of massages and over $3,000 dollars in massages later I am still looking the same in-fact worse my stomach is wider because of the obliques full of fat he gave me and my right side is still bigger than my left. I message his coordinator and she ignores me then I message the Dr on his instagram and to my surprise he responds to me I tell him how unhappy I am and how horrible I look and he asks me for previous pics and starts gaslighting me telling me that, it is how my body is that he did a great job and because of my fibrosis he could only do so much , I begin to tell hime why he told me I was going to look so great and flat if he wants going to do a great job on me, like why take my as a patient to do the bare minimum and basically steal my hard earn money over $11,000 of my hard earned money basically wasted. He stopped responding to me. This experience was the worst and I don't wish it on anybody pleas don't go to him he is not an honest doctor and does the bare minimun and charges so much money and you get nothing. This experience has cost me anxiety and depression I just can't believe that there are such money hungry surgeons that just don't care about giving good results to their patients. Beautyandthesurgeon on instagram was my first mistake hiring her she never listened to my concerns about his bad reviews and how he was not a certified plastic surgeon telling me its different in Colombia and that he is great. I wasted $500 with her, if your gut feeling is telling you something listen to it. It is very depressing when your spend so much money and don't get what you want and the surgery just says to you I did what I could and you are suppose to just be ok with that it is very frustrating, please please save your money and heart aches and don't go to him or use beautyandthesurgeon.
