Lipo Sculpting, Lovely Results

I came in curious about a skinny bbl. I'm a trans woman with all the unfortunate effects of male puberty, including narrow hips and pretty pronounced hip dips.

Dr. Senderoff examined me in our consultation and quickly determined that fat in the flanks was a big culprit, and recommended lipo in the hips to round out the dips. We discussed the possibility of hip implants, ultimately my desire for something subtle (demure, if you will) led to him recommending we just do the fat. I was also curious about lipo in the stomach, but he felt there wasn't enough there and it would risk ripples. I always appreciate when a doctor advises against something due to concerns of aesthetic results. It was clear to me that Dr. Senderoff works with lots of trans women, as he had a pretty intuitive sense on how to best feminize a body.

I was pretty terrified, as I know BBL's can have deadly results if not done well. He was very reassuring. The whole staff was so lovely throughout the process. The office is very well organized, resourceful, and supportive. I felt well taken care of.

The surgery went by successfully. Special shoutout to the anesthesiologist who really helped me out through the pre-surgery panic and tears!

I'm so happy with the results. It's just how I wanted it to look. I hated wearing any kind of body contouring dress or low cut pants. Now they look great! A major source of dysphoria is now gone.

Note about pictures: While the comparison is subtle, notice the area above the hips. Also it should be noted that my legs are closer to together in the "after." Had they been together in the "before," the upside down triangle shape would be more pronounced.
