Lipo and I’m Fatter

Not happy at all . I don’t feel like my surgery went well and I have spent my retirement money on this and I’m miserable !!! I paid for the anesthesia and they are now charging me over 800dollars more cause my surgery went over ? Who the hell asked for that ? They should have woke me up cause losing 20,000.00 is a nightmare to look fat and Not fit into my clothes!!!!
For a single mom taking care of her 3 kids and one with autism and dad with Alzheimers i just wanted a small bit of happiness ..
I look worse . So upsetting
