Horrible experience. 2nd degree burn on my thigh

I woke up from surgery with a 2nd degree burn on my thigh. Immediately I contacted the doctors assistant they told me to come in the next day and said it was a faja burn. The doctor didn’t come see me herself until a week after! When she finally did see me she confirmed it was in fact a second degree burn and not a faja burn. She had no answers as to how this happened to me neither did the nurses or anybody in the OR at the moment of my surgery! They gave me a couple treatments for it. I had to come out of pocket for the creams for the burn, Gauzes, Vaseline,tapes etc. they sent me home with a little care bag. (Enough supplies for 5 days) with a burn that’s going to take months to heal! When I got home I immediately went to see my PCP the burn was actually infected! After I left dra.Jacome or staff did not check on me once, I have wrote them multiple times with questions and no answers! The assistant ALEJANDRA (super rude) actually told me she will no longer speak to me, blocked me and threatened to SUE me if I spoke out about what they’ve done to me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! As for my procedure she did not do what I asked either. She asked if I wanted a small medium or large bbl I said large I am 6 weeks post op now my but is completely gone. Also they sent me home with NO post opp instructions and will not answer me when I write them with any questions pertaining to my surgery (I am currently blocked) super unprofessional! I have contacted an attorney to see what I can do about this matter! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS DOCTOR.
