LEFT nov 4th for clinica cira garcia havana cuba clinic. omg will never go anywhere else again. i live in ottawa canada and will never let another plastic surgeon touch me ever again but in cuba...dr lau and dr burgue are the best plastic surgeons and will go back again and again. Ivon and your nursing staff are unbelievable and take so good care of you and give you the care and love you need when you go there. Never had i give me a bath evryday haha loved it. they are the most loving people in the world. i would recommend this place over and over....and Bettys place a block away is the best place to stay in one of her rooms walking distance 2 mins to clinic for your consults or needs. She is so wonderful. amazing trip.

I have my tummy tuck and liposuction in turkey but not satisfied and was planning to go to a next doctor there but if you say that you are please with Cuba
if you read above you will see i said the place. lol... circa garcia clinic in havana cuba. good luck with your surgery. and say hello to dr lao and dr burque. you wont be disappointed. but bring lots of food in packets simple to eat. the food isnt the greatest considering its cuba and very bland, bring packets of porridge, protein shakes, your own medications after surgery, like painkillers, and tylenol, etc. so you dont have to buy it there even though its cheap...bring a jar of peanut butter and jam packets, or whatever also. crackers, and i brought a suitcase full of stuff for them...the doctors love candies, the nurses love nylons, stuff like that...nail polish, things from the dollar store. lots of candy to suck on...they love it. razor blades for the girls, lots of those. they went so fast i had to tear apart the razors to share from one bag lol...and a special thing for each doctor. they work together and spend time with you...making sure you are ok. they bath you every morning sitting on the toilet seat..but with tummy tuck might not be the case but they will wash you down. they are so sweet. the maids are awesome too. they will bring you an old fashioned cotton nightie for morning each day...yo look like a grandma lol...i like my own soft nighties better. you will be treated like a queen...any other questions dont hesitate to ask me.

i have said alot of tips in my reply. it was wonderful and going back to get my arms done and thighs done.
