So I took this after picture a few months ago, but I’m just getting around to posting it.
As far as healing, I have no pain anymore. Sometimes my butt still doesn’t tolerate me sitting for long periods of time...but I get complements all the time about my body.
There are some things that I would like touch ups for—like my hips, having my butt lifted a little (like the same shape but moved up 1-2 inches, to make my legs look longer), my uneven hips fixed.
All these things being said, I think my doctor was excellent, even my American dermatologist and chiropractor, were so impressed with him that they wanted his info (when they heard he was in Colombia they were no longer interested, but oh well...they were very impressed, and believed the scares, which are really small, were so impressive).

Almost at 4 months...

So yesterday was the first day I exercised without my faja on. While my doctor told me it was ok to exercise without the faja on at around 2.5 months, my skin did not feel ready for that. But yesterday it felt good. I exercised again today without the faja on and this I will keep that up. My doctor said I needed to wear the faja for at least 3 months. Now that I’m at almost four months I think soon I will attempt a whole day without it. For the most part I have just been wearing the stage 1 faja—I think I realized that my problem with the stage 2 was that it was pinching me off under my knee and that was causing my body to swell...oh well I survive in the stage one. There are some uneven stops and a few days ago Paola contacted me to see how I am healing. I told her about my concerns and that I might need a touch up...I haven’t heard back yet, but I’m sure I will.
As for sitting I am not without discomfort, but it is constantly getting slightly better and I can now sit on a chair for like an hour without a cushion or a problem...I know it will be all better soon.
Overall I look way better than before!!! But I know I need to watch my eating or it will have been for nothing.
I’m posting some pics I took today...after a light workout, and the ones I took a few days ago, when I sent them to Paola.

Some nee pics...

Here are some new pics, they’re not the best visibility, but they are something for now. As for updates, I am able to bow sleep the whole night on my back again... : )
I can’t sit on my butt for long...maybe an hour before it starts to feel really uncomfortable...but I am making progress. The vitamin E oil is my miracle scar treatment. My scars are still red, but pretty much smooth—it is very important NOT to try to exfoliate them...that can cause keloids (I learned the hard way...but the vitamin e oil seems to have reversed my accidental damage). I’ll post a pic of the one I am using (but I think any vitamin e oil or capsule would work fine—I douse my scars with it 2-3 times a fay and massage it in). I have been sticking to my diet, which is going well...I haven’t weighed myself in a while, but I’m pretty sure it is working well. I’m still wearing the faja, cause my body doesn’t feel tight without it yet...my skin is still retracting. My neck skin still looks odd but it’s a little better than before—I still think I might need to get it fixed surgically—like a chin lift. I’m considering a round two for getting everything perfected, but if I do a round two it will be no where as intense as this round was...at least I hope.
