Office review: I was afraid of what else could happen to me and gave up the op

And Based on my Experience with This Place , I Say: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME THERE
FIRST WORLD MARKETING to convince you accepting a third world service.
I finally booked a consultation with Dr Icaro, paid and booked the day. On the day of consultation they started 3 hours later. I felt disappointed BUT then I remembered the videos on youtube and thought I should forget this first bad impression. Had the consultation, I already knew the procedure as I watched many educational videos and also read medical articles about the procedure I was interested . Consultation was very fast and he quickly puts me in contact to financial manager to talk about the more import part for them. MONEY. I, then decided I wanted to have this life changing surgery as my 50TH birthday present.
Paid the initial money to book the day, so in six months I would be going to Brazil to have surgery in Palmas. I, organized everything, money, tickets, hotels, a lot of pre op health exams , asked my mum to accompany me, to help me with post op, got time off from work. And along these months I dreamed about my new life in a new body.
Twenty days before my surgery, someone from the clinic asked me to call them to finish the last financial procedures and when I called them to finalise it they told me that Dr Icaro would be travelling on the day of my surgery that he wouldn’t be able to operate me. I was shocked as I live in Europe and these kind of problems don’t happen over here. I, then remembered Dr Icaro’s videos on youtube and told myself that I wanted to be surgically empowered. BRAIN WASHED by the heavy marketing clinic’s brain washing, I paid everything again and changed dates. Couldn’t wait to get there and have the surgery and start my middle age life phase in a new body
So, I flew to Brazil, arrived and the same day I flew to Palmas, the flight arrived in Palmas in the first 3 hours of the next day ( at 3:00 ). I got a cab to go to the air B&B that was specifically prepared for post surgical clients. LIE. There was no one from the company to handle the key or to check me in! I was on the middle of the streets of a city in BRAZIL, that I don’t know with my 74 year old poor mum. Both of us were very tired. The heat was unimaginable. And we had to find a hotel and spend more money than I already had spent. Then, at that point I was afraid of what else could happen to me and gave up the op. I decided that the clinic and services there weren’t up to my standards. I fell really ashamed for all these horror that happened to me and all the money I paid for the worst experience in my life! . But I am here to alert others to avoid this place. Ps: the air conditioners there don’t work well at all. I was literally melting to the second I arrived until I left that city. And that impacts directly in recovering.
Making long history short. Apparently the doctor spends more time working on videos on youtube, making sure the marketing campaign reaches more and more people than perfecting the surgical technique he claims he is the precursor in Brazil. BUT the reality is completely different when you get there. The weather is unhealthy high ( 45 degress inside with air conditioning), they don’t have professional structure nor their business partners. There are flies everywhere! There are a lot of hidden costs. And they don’t care if things go wrong with you. So, now I have to spend money with lawyer, spend time letting people to know how unprofessional this clinic is, therapy to heal my trauma and finding another doctor in Europe.
