I was lied to be several employees at Elite Body Sculpture during my consultation as well as after my procedure. I went into see if I was a candidate for air sculpt lipo. The Dr. I was there with did not by any means tell me that my procedure was going to be more painful than a csection die to the amount of fat to be taken! The whole
Time Rosie and Dr Said i would be down for 2 day’s ...LIE. I was down for over two weeks. I was awake and alert for the entire horrific procedure. The Dr did not tell me that i truly needed a mini tummy tuck in order to achieve my goals. I tried to cancel and was told they would “throw in the back bra roll area for free” if I continued with the procedure which was a 3,500 value. The day of my procedure I was very nervous and this Dr was very rude. He was not able to control my pain and so the back bra roll area was not done... Hello I was awake and alert !!! They absolutely refused to refund any of the money for that because they said they would do it for “free”. Elite Body Sculpture is only out to make a dime, and the lady who gets you to do the paperwork is in the room during consult so the dr cannot tell you what you really need done. They cannot do the tummy tuck there because you are not put to sleep! You are awake the whole time and can feel them pulling and prodding your body. Just FYI they told me I would be “out of it “ NOPE not me! I had a lawyer send a letter and they did give back 2,500 (I only got 1,500) but would not even speak to me until I got a lawyer. I would go anywhere else. I NOW have to pay for another lipo and mini tummy tuck to fix what they completely screwed up, I am completely out of Proportion and have divots where they took more fat than others. And don’t ever expect Victoria to call you back after there are issues with your case! They eventually stop answering the phone! I truly feel like they should have refunded me more than 2,500 for pain and suffering and being lied to. My total was 9k for the whole thing

I am fighting them , this can be a long way, but I will do it so at least others don’t get taken advantage
I and another person are also battling elite body sculpture for a failed procedure
Could I also message you privately? I am looking for a lawyer but it seems that if are not close to dying they don’t want my case.
