WORTH IT
I love my results!! I had surgery with Doctor Molina on Sept 29th! I am going to review my experience as a whole.
The booking process was very smooth. Both Leandra and Gladys are very helpful and attentive. I had to change my surgery date twice and they had no problem with helping me! I sent my consultation and within 3 days I had a quote, sending the deposit was easy as well.
I arrived to DR on Sept 28th, I went straight to the clinic to have blood work done and all my exams. This is all took about an hour 1/2, they checked my lungs, I had X-rays done, I had a cardiologist conduct an exam as well, etc. I felt this part was very thorough, and it made me feel secure. I had hopes of meeting the doctor this day but I didn’t.
The following day was my surgery, I arrived at the clinic at 6:30am, I was placed in my room by 7:40am and then I waited to meet the doctor. The doctor came into my room, saw the woman next me to me first, the came to me. He greeted me with a kiss on the cheek and then asked me to take my robe off and he began to mark me up. I told him what I wanted and showed him a wish pic. 3 hours later I went into surgery. The next morning I was discharged and that was the last time I saw the doctor until the day before my flight back home. I saw him the same day as my surgery for about 15 mins, the following day for discharge to the recovery house and then two weeks later for 30 mins for discharge back to the states.
I felt as if his bed side manner could have been so much better in terms of following up with me, checking in on me, checking my incisions etc. I was very disappointed because leading up to my surgery and before choosing him as my doctor, I watched a lot of his IG lives and content. He spoke so confidently and honest, he won my trust over and I was very excited to meet him and for this experience. I communicated my feelings to Dr. Molina at my discharge appointment before coming back home, he apologized and gave me his personal phone number Incase anything happened back home.
However, he did have a doctor on team who did follow up with me and was a great help, Dra.Curiel! She was so nice and answered her phone as late as 10pm one night.
The nurse Julie downstairs at the recovery house was SO rude! She was poking me with a needle one day because I had fluids that weren’t coming out with my massages, and I was in so much pain (not to mention I went to DR alone and did this whole process alone, so I was already very sentimental). She pinched me so hard and not gentle that I screamed, and then she proceeded to ask me “ Acaso tu no te has operado antes?” Very sarcastically. I responded “obviously not”.
I felt like this was very uncalled for because we as patients tolerate pain differently and yes I was crying a lot but I WAS IN PAIN, there was no need for her to be that rude and sarcastic with me.
The JM recovery home was really nice, the staff treats you very well! The food was delicious! I would recommend bringing extra money because the nurse did ask me for money to make me natural juices everyday. I’m assuming only water was included in the price not juice. I paid extra for the solo room to have a TV and WiFi and the TV didn’t work my entire stay because the WiFi couldn’t reach down the hall. I had to leave my door open and still it wouldn’t work. I was better off paying less for the shared room with no TV, it was closer to the living room and the WiFi reached.
Over all I am happy with my results.

Also, would you consider him aggressive in terms of lipo?
I am considering going to him. Did he give you the body as your wish pic or at least come close ? I would love to see pictures if you were comfortable with it ? Happy healing .,
