Infection set in, scaring is awful, lipoma looks like it is back

Had a lipoma removed 15 yrs ago everything went great. Turned 50 and wanted to get the lipoma removed again it had grown back. Surgery was a disaster- very painful took an hour of cutting and probing and the results are horrendous. Infection set in, scaring is awful, lipoma looks like it is back. After weeks of not getting better I found a wound clinic who is trying to help me but now after many weeks there and several treatments including wound pumps my wound isn’t healing. I am at a loss I can’t find any plastics willing to help and I now have a Open wound and what appears to be the lipoma is still there. 2 months of pain, suffering and no answers or solution. I am scared. I am incredibly health and fit and this has become a nightmare
