i had a lipoma on my upper leg (thigh) from 10 years old.
I have decided to remove it.
Started to search a doctor. I had 3 free consultations on 3 different doctors.
All of them said to cut out it from my leg. And it will cost 2000-2500$ for me. But only Dr. Michael Elam said that it will be better to make mini liposuction in this area. Because if you cut out it - this place will be like a yawner.
And I have made a mini liposuction just for 1000$ with local anesthesia, with no antibiotics, no drugs at all after surgery.

today is 2 weeks post.
I feel a little bit a pain inside the leg. and I feel some tightness in my leg, especially after hiking. But I think I need more time.

My husband gets lipomas regularly, sadly. He insurance won’t cover removing them unless it causes pain. But they do cover it if he’s in pain. Anyway if you yet another one I just wanted to let you know insurance is an option!

I hope it won’t come back either! I think you are fine. I feel like most people that get them okay ever get one or two.
