I'm 5 feet and 100 lbs. just had twins and developed Diastasis Recti (separation of the abs) during pregnancy. I was a powerlifter and very fit prior, so I Worked out hard after the pregnancy. My muscles came back but my belly got bigger and the loose skin is pretty ugly. I'm doing ultrasonic cavitation with lipolaser to target the abdomen fat abd loose skin.

Okay, so here it is: after 3rd treatment I still don't see any noticeable fat loss and little tightening of the skin, which I know it's temporary. But here is the worst part. The first time I went they measured my belly and it was late in the afternoon and before the procedure. After the third treatment they measured me first thing in the morning and AFTER the procedure! I told her that was not a true measurement comparison since they were done with different variables. I also told her that measuring my waist was not the same as measuring body fat since that could account for water weight. Needless to say she had no response for that but was excited my waist numbers had gone down almost two inches. I couldn't believe she was happy when the measurements were not under the same variables. I told her next time I want to be measured exactly the same way as the first time: before the treatment and in the afternoon. So I'll keep you posted!!

Good call noticing the difference in when the measurements were taken. I hope you start to see some results soon.

Jill, are you one if the "real self" communit managers? I'm wondering if you know why this website doesn't include "cavitation" as one of the treatments to chose from when writing a review? Being that is pretty popular. I had to put this review under laser but it's not quite specific. Just wondering.

Hey gemelos- we are constantly adding new treatments. I'll make sure to suggest cavitation. Whether a treatment gets added usually depends on if it's FDA approved and also the demand for it on the site.

I understand. It seems the procedure is very popular. I get daily groupon and social living coupons fir this treatment and the spas r constantly booked. But I think because u don't have it as cavitation people r putting their reviews under other categories. That's what I had to do. However I will tell you I think the procedure, like most non invasive treatments for belly fat and skin tightening, does not work! :-(

We are looking into it- I'd love to see it have it's own community. I'm sorry it didn't work for you! I hope you start to see some results soon. Those less invasive lipo type procedures seem to be really hit or miss.

I had this same experience . AND the look on the girls face was priceless when she realised my measurements hadn't changed . Very disappointed with this proceedure . I had four sessions on two areas , once a week . Hope your experience was worth it : )
