Office review: trying to get a refund but phone call not returned

Very Bad Customer Service from Office Manager

The Doctor and Office staff were all very nice and eager to please. Then after I made my $8000 payment the Doctor advised me that the Anesthesiologist did not feel comfortable to do my surgery due to pre-existing COPD. Understandable since they operate in a non-clinicals environment.
That was 3 weeks ago.
Since then I am trying to get a REFUND of my money but the Office manager does not even return my phone call. I left messages in voicemail and with front desk numerous times. Nothing . Dead Silence.
Very bad Customer service.
I would give Office staff a non start rating however the system will not let you proceed without.

After numerous phone calls I did finally receive my refund about 5 weeks later. Again this review has nothing to do with the Doctors ability, only with responses and follow up form the office staff.
