Dr. Schwitzer removed an abdominal bulge (PAH) and performed my Lipo360 October of 2025. I have just passed the 6 month marker and overall I am happy with my results. I didn't want this to be a waste of time or money so I was diligent about following his directions and wearing all the "things." Dr. Schwitzer was extremely particular about cleanliness before, during and after my procedure and I was very appreciative. I have very sensitive skin so the traditional fajas were quite uncomfortable and itchy. Dr. Schwitzer gave me suggestions for comparable alternatives. He does not push a ton of medications or long term meds and encouraged allowing the body to heal naturally. While I've heard other people spend a lot of money post-op on lymphatic massages, I appreciated that Dr. Schwitzer was more practical. He recommended only what was necessary and encouraged me to do my own massages at home which I still do. Most importantly, the PAH bulge is gone. It was not easy but I felt safe working with Dr. Schwitzer and would definitely recommend him to others!
