Office Needs Better Communication

Dr. Szymanski is great and the work she did on me is beautiful. There were a few minor areas I wanted addressed but ever since I brought it up to the staff during my last post op, it has been difficult to get anyone to contact me back even after multiple phone calls, messages, and emails. My surgery date was changed with a week notice, thankfully I was able to work with it, but that could have been very disastrous. The procedure itself was pretty grueling being awake, you are a little out of it but I felt a good bit. Other than that, just would like the staff to communicate better especially responding.
