Overall pleased and worth the money!!
I am 12 days post Op , love my result so far.Dr. Murat did a great job. The hospital was very nice and clean. Most staff were nice , but customer service at the hospital needs lots of work. They are a bit rude. After my surgery Didn't see Dr. MURAT, would have been nice to see him after . His assistant responded to some of my questions i had.
I appreciate ALOT the hospital Nurses they were very sweet, especially Nurse Gulay very professional and clearly loves her job.
The customer representatives Tugce and Selva were very helpful and well organized. They even follow up and reply to my questions after i left Turkey .
The hotel is quite far from the hospital , but can find lots of restaurants and parks, lake just across the road. And they provide transportation to and from hospital and airport.
