Girin Clinic Review

I was always bothered with the fat in my arms which is mainly hereditary and was very difficult to get rid of with diet and exercice. I decided to get arm lipo and results are visible almost instantly after the procedure. I got it at Girin clinic which i found when I looked through the Instagram and YouTube videos of the clinic. All the reviews were reassuring and it was confirmed when I discovered the app Gangnam Unni with a lot of picture reviews. I felt like the clinic caters to foreigners with translation consultants with you at each step of the way. The consultants are reactive on WhatsApp. The doctor is well known for body contouring and the anesthesiologist is staying with you during the whole time. I care a lot about my safety and the clinic is also KIMA-certified under Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare. Pre-op test are complete including: EKG, blood urine and body composition. Here is my healing process so far: Day 1: I came to the clinic at 9 for preparation and procedure was schedule for 10:30am. I left the clinic at 14h, went home in a taxi alone without issue but the right arm was leaking non stop. In the evening, I felt sore and the arms were painful but not unbearable . I could sleep that night surprisingly. Day 2 and day 3: I could move well, even with the arms above the shoulders. I had barely any bruises. I changed the bandages and the compression garment with the help of my mom. No more leaking from the right arm. Swelling was minimal and surprisingly decreased by day 3. By the end of day 3, I realized I recovered most of my range of motion although the arms remain weak and feel very sore without the support of the compression garment. The only downside is wearing the garment when the weather is hot. For now, I have no complications. I try to move my arms regularly and I think this is what made my recovery speedy.
