I have been in communication with Dr. Jung’s office on and off over the past several years while carefully considering this procedure, and my experience with Sarah and the entire team has consistently been exceptional. I have never once felt rushed or pressured. Sarah has always been responsive, patient, thorough, and incredibly professional throughout the process.
After researching extensively and consulting with surgeons throughout Florida, I ultimately felt most comfortable moving forward with Dr. Jung. His work, combined with the level of communication and professionalism I have experienced from his team, gave me the confidence to travel for surgery rather than choosing a more convenient local option.
The entire team has been especially helpful in answering questions and guiding me through the scheduling and preoperative process. That level of attentiveness matters tremendously when you are making a decision this significant and planning to travel out of state for surgery.
