What a horrible experience

MIA Aesthetics Ruined Me
$6,500
I opted for 360 Lipo with a BBL in Las Vegas with Dr. Dana Towle, apparently he has 30 years of experience. The surgery was on May 1, 2024 at 6:30am. When I woke up I was screaming in pain and offered Tylenol. What?!?
Shortly after, the staff came in to tell me they were unable to reach my caregiver (she had gone back to the hotel and fallen asleep, I had to call hotel security to ask them to go and wake her to come get me). This was taking too long for the people at the surgery center and after about 15-20 minutes they got me up into a wheelchair (sitting on my new ass that I wasn’t supposed to sit on for at least 3 months) and put me in some sort of a storage room/supply closet to wait. No, I am not making this up.
When my person finally got there they wheeled me out and we then had to go to the pharmacy because they wouldn’t let me pick up the prescription for 12 5mg Vicodin before I had the surgery. When I got there the prescription hadn’t been called in so we had to sit and wait (me lying face down on a chuck in the back of an Uber while we waited for it to get straightened out for over an hour.
They warned me that there would be a lot of fluid leakage (why were there no drains attached??) And they weren’t kidding. My bed looked like a murder scene. I had to have my friend go to the store and buy puppy pads to put under me, it was so bad.
I returned to the clinic the next day for a follow up and massage and they brought me to a room and asked me to undress and I almost passed out when I moved. The girl asked if I was alright, I said no and she said she’d go get someone. Meanwhile, I’m standing naked on a chuck and listening to the blood/fluid drip, drip, drip onto it. I had to lean on the exam table to keep from falling over. Eventually someone else came in with the doctor who looked me over and didn’t have a whole lot to say about anything and sent me on my way. Didn’t even get the massage or an offer for a reschedule but fuck it, I felt like I was dying at the time so whatever.
The instructions I had received pre-surgery said that I needed to stay in the area for 7 days, so that was what I had booked and paid for (I live in California). Turns out, after the initial follow up, I could’ve gone home as they had zero need or interest to see me again. GREAT! That only cost an extra $1000.
After returning home, going through the healing process and reevaluating my results, all I can say is i got what I paid for. Yes, my butt is bigger, but the shape is wrong and it’s still flat in the middle area, which is what I had specifically asked to be changed. The skin all over my mid-section is mottled and has strange dips and divots. It looks like I got bit by a dog or something. And recently, the numbness in that area has returned.
What a nightmare. What a joke. What a horrible experience.
