Barely did any lipo on me and did not respect any of my wishes

I had lipo 360 BBL surgery with Dr Alvarez recently and honestly I feel scammed. He barely did any lipo on me and did not respect any of my wishes at all. I pretty much look the same before and after surgery. He did not even lipo my inner tighs as included. I feel like like I’m going through this post op pain for nothing. It’s so disappointing
