After having crown lengthening a year ago, my gummy smile was reduced, but not enough. I opted for lip repositioning.
I decided to go with Dr. Eisen after considering two other providers. She thoroughly explained the procedure, risks, etc...
I was incredibly nervous about being awake during the procedure and about the multiple needle injections. In an effort to reduce the discomfort while administering the local anesthetic, she did this squeezing and shaking my cheek thing. Amazingly, this tactic eliminated painful injections.
She checked in with me multiple times during the procedure. She was genuinely concerned about my comfort.

So happy you had a good experience. I would greatly appreciate any follow up updates. I am considering this procedure for myself but am worried about relapse. Cheers.
I'm glad your procedure was a success!
I wanted to ask: does your philtrum (the skin between your nose and your upper lip) look longer now, from the outside?
Thanks!
