Not willing to help me for correction

This man has no medical ethics.He is just considering this as a business.He has no empathy or sympathy towards his patients. I had a botched surgery from him by paying the highest amount all over in India.During oral surgery he asked me to swallow the blood and secretions as suction was not ready at that time(a who do surgery without proper instruments). After the botched surgery he was not accepting his mistake, he was not willing to help me for correction even after I agreed to pay fee for another surgery. Now I have filed a case against him for medical negligence.

I had a botched surgery from this doctor by paying him the highest all over India. He has no medical ethics and no empathy or sympathy toward his clients (all is about money). I agreed him to pay another fee to correct his mistake but he was not willing to correct as it was like accepting his mistake.Medical Negligence case is filed against him.
