6 months later

Tried to get the holes filled up today with filler and didn’t work, filler migrated and well the tissue is full of scar tissue, still pretty unhappy but more used to it :/

Are my lips botched? Do I need to massage them?

It’s been a month since my lip reduction. Doctor had to take another part last Monday so again I have stitches and been swing with swelling. I’m so upset, I feel I can’t leave my house. My lips look so deformed, I can’t close my lips without making the effort of closing them. Doctor says I don’t have to massage the lips where he removed the stitches but I’ve been reading I’m supposed to massage. I have stitches marks. I need a second opinion and tomorrow will start calling other doctors.

Lip reduction for silicone removal

I got lip augmentation about 5 years ago and the woman even though showed me the box of what she was injecting she lied, it wasn't hyaluronic acid. I got a terrible reaction with severe bruising and bruising (I had fillers before and never had a reaction like this). Time passed by and I went to another place to get hyaluronidase, it didn't work, I tried to dissolve it several times and it never dissolved. Years later I had balls in my upper and lower lips but I learned to live with them, even though they changed my nose, my smile and face in general. 1 year ago I decided to get a biopsy and the result said I had silicone. I decided to eventually get it out and I just did 14 days ago and I'm regretting it. I didn't do enough research I didn't know the recovery was going to be this way. Not only the reduction made me terrible swollen, I couldn't eat or breather through my nose or talk. Now 14 days later I can talk but can't properly close my mouth, lips look terrible and uneven. The doctor says to wait that takes time to heal. I didn't know this was going to take so long, feels like it was the wrong decision. Hoping the stitches dissolve soon and I'm able to use something to make them even.
