Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Looks Worse Than the Before Photo--REGRET
18 months ago, I underwent a deep plane facelift, who also recommended a lip lift as part of the overall procedure. In hindsight, I deeply regret agreeing to the lip lift.
The outcome left me with visible asymmetry: the scar under my right nostril sits lower and is more pronounced than the left, my right nostril appears larger because the tip of my nose veers to the left, my Cupid’s bow is uneven and droops lower on the right, and it doesn't look like I had a lip flip at all. These changes may seem small individually, but together they’ve noticeably altered the balance of my face and have significantly impacted my confidence.
When I expressed my concerns, I was told that revision could “ruin the look.” That response felt dismissive and left me feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward.
I’m now in the process of seeking second opinions and exploring ways to improve the outcome. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, get multiple opinions, and fully consider long-term effects, especially when additional procedures are suggested during a larger surgery plan.
