Worried about results after lip lift - can't fully close my lips

Lip Lift Worried About Results
Had lip lift today and think is very bad. I am very worried. The lip length now is 11-12 mm, was 18-19 , and think the surgeon took too much on middle and not enough on sides of lips
I cant fully close lips - Will this reduce? Will my lip drop at least a bit when swelling goes away?
Dont Like the New shape at all. And my upper lip might be too big in relation to the Lower one because the pull. Know is swollen now but i had inverted lips so think will stay quite bigger
The surgeon did cut Like on the left image below instead of the right image.
So unhappy and worried

It's natural to have doubts after surgery. You are till swollen and don't look like your previous self. Give it time. Let your body heal and the swelling subside. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results in a few weeks. Be patient and if you still aren't happy go back to your doctor and express your concerns. Good luck! You look beautiful already!!
Way tooo early to judge.... Looks like it is going to be BEAUTIFUL!!
It's going to be okay. I couldn't fully close my lips for a long while and am just now able to say words with "F" correctly. ;o) I'm 6 months post op and am just starting to feel like I look "normal" again. Your result looks great. I think you'll be happy when it settles.
