Uneven outcome - wanted more defined cupids bow and more lip showing

i had a lip lift with fat grafting about two years ago now, i wanted more defined cupids bow and more lip showing.however i feel as if my lips are very uneven? i was told i had slight asymmetry that would be corrected but even when smiling one side is much thicker.. im not sure if its normal or if it could be fixed, i waited it out to be fully healed to see if it would imrpove, but i feel more insecure now and have to always try to line my lips to make them even and avoid smiling
