Scar

Here are more pictures of my bad scar. It still has kinda "holes" and bumps on the sides and when I smile a white strip appears under the nose. I wouldn't mind if this appeared for the first few weeks but it's been over 2 months! Is this normal? Would u recommend a revision?

Oh my god im so sorry for you! I was looking for LL with Dr. Osuch but the scar looks horrible :( You need to talk to him. I'm sure he will agree on a revision. Please make sure to update us. I'm honesty scared now. Hugs! xoxo
The scar is a bit rough but not the worst. Also consider scar treatment.
I see what is bothering you. I'm pretty sure the scar will fade away but the tissue could stay like that. I don't have any experience with laser treatment. Maybe this could help.
I see what your saying about the scar, but I think it will fad a lighten with time. though I want things done yesterday and want to see things yesterday so it’s hard to sit and wait and wonder. your lips do look beautiful. if one side is a little off, use filler to even it out. going back and trying to make things better, not that you said that u were planning that but just knowing myself and from my personal experience, trying to make things better afterwards can make things worse. a lesson I have learned the hard way unfortunately. your lips look beautiful.
It looks like it could just benefit from a laser treatment but definitely nothing to worry about. It doesn’t warrant a revision! I’d ask your ps about what laser options you have that he can use to rectify this problem!! Good luck my friend

Update after 2 months - not that great

I wanted to wait two months to write an update, since I think you can see more changes at that time.
To be honest im not that happy for 3 reasons:
1. My incision looks bad: I took the doctor because his reviews regarding the incision where great. When the stitches were moved I saw that there are some holes. But I said its ok and that they fill up. But what happened is that I got bumps. And I used as he told me a silicon gel after one month of the procedure. I bought the Dimatex Ultra, which is quit good. But still my incision is very visible. Even with make up the bumps are visible.
2. little tooth show: I asked the doctor to take off between 5-6 mm. He told me he will take off between 4-5 mm. My philtrum before the procedure was 15mm and now when I measure it, its only 13 mm! So only 2 mm are removed. I wanted the result to be maximum at 11mm. I’m very disappointed with the long Philtrum. I mean the procedure was painful and I took 2 weeks off and after that I couldn’t smile properly (until now I cant have a big smile - which I also try to avoid of course) and now I got this huge incision under my nose and probably it will drop more in 1-2 years.. and all that for literally 2 mm to
3. My lips are now asymmetrical: My lips before the procedure where symmetrical. And now my left lip is higher than my right lip! I even mentioned that to the doctor when he took off the stitches and he said it can be fixed by fillers, but I should wait it will be ok after a while. And now after 2 months the left lip is still noticeable higher than the right one. And I've never used lipfiller. And I won't start using filler after the liplift! This is everything else you expect as a result!
I will contact my doctor again to ask for a revision.. I not in the mood to repeat everything again but I have to do so at least to optimize the incision and the asymmetrical shape of the lips

It’s so disheartening reading your above review. There’s nothing worse than having all of your dreams and expectations to fall short!! So many things to take into consideration if you go through with a revision. I feel your pain!!! But, keep a positive attitude, despite this ordeal. I do believe that things work out in the long run!!! I will follow your journey and prey that time will heal all your problems

Update

Quick update:
Since I'm staying in Poland for 2 weeks bcuz of the LL, the Dr. Offered me to see my incision today and to just check it few days before my stitches are removed. He cleaned it for me and put a cream on it (gave me a bit of the cream for the next 3 days as well).
So far I'm very much pleased with my results! I think my lip shape is so much more beutiful than before. And since my face is still swollen im very excited to see the end results, where more teeth should be seen.
Btw I told the Dr. that I was planing to make an 1.April joke, and tell him that I need to make a revision to take off at least 5mm more, but because I'm so satisfied with the result I can't even make a joke about it haha :D

Looks amazing! Should only get better
Btw how long is your philtrum now?
Thank you :)
I didn't measure my philtrum yet. I'll do that with the doc when my stitches will be removed.
Yes please share. Looks like the optimal length
So he measured it today. It was in the highest lip bow 11-12 and on the corners 13.
Thank you so much <3. . It looks ideal. Hope it doesn’t drop.
Your lips look perfect
Hope you are doing well.
