I had a lip lift with Dr. Solomon in November 2016, and the result was and still is disappointing. Part of my nose was cut and gone forever, and obvious scars are left because of the terrible stitches. I kept following up with Dr. Solomon, and he put promises to make sure to make me happy, but nothing major has been done. My last visit was this summer; he said that he can see nothing and such scars are minor. Here are photos that I took in October 2019 (3 years after the surgery). Are these scars insignificant or invisible?!!!

We have received your comments and take them seriously. Dr. Solomon has reviewed this post and would welcome seeing you in his clinic to be assessed in person. Certainly a scar of this type could be improved. Dr. Solomon has performed hundreds of lip lifts over the course of his 20 year career and welcomes patients to be seen again to address, and resolve any concerns.
Standard answer, doesn't seem to care. The scar is disfiguring, the doctor has no skill.
I only posted this review after several disappointing visits. He already expressed his unwillingness to fix this problem because according to him, he can't see any scars.
Thank you for posting this, I think you've bravely exposed the aftercare for what it is - an absolute disgrace. I really hope you'll keep updating on what happens next because no one should be left in this situation. It makes me grateful patients have an outlet to expose this sort of behaviour by surgeons so that other people can avoid doctors who treat people like this. Your result is not acceptable, the fact the surgeon says he can't see the effects of his work, is really appalling. (And if your review vanishes......well that will speak volumes about Mr Solomon hiding his results)

Hi there- I just came across your post and really feel for you. I am in Canada and have been wanting a lip lift for ages. Have you heard of Dr. Mascaro? He is in the USA and his work is impeccable. He may be able to help you, as I have seen him do revisions of lip lifts before. I am looking at booking in with him as I can't find a doctor in Canada that I have enough confidence in! Just thought i'd mention to you. Wishing you the best.
