Lip Lift SCARS

Did you have an infection? Did the doctor put you on antibiotics? I can't imagine putting something as acidic as vinegar on my lip lift incision! I was told to use Neosporin and then after a few weeks Vaseline. Fortunately your lips look beautiful. You swelled a TON!! I'm wondering if that was part of the problem, that it put too much tension on the wound or something. Did you ice and/or take arnica? Avoid ibuprofen etc? It's crazy some people swell so much and I hardly swelled at all. It looks pretty bad in the middle pictures, but honestly, the most recent one doesn't look too bad. I think over time it will get better. Use biocorneum and do scar massage regularly. There are lasers that can help if needed. Such as the V-beam laser. I think your lips will look amazing though. It's still so early, I do think you'll be happy in the end.

I saw a girl on youtube who had the exact same problems as you. Turns out she was allergic to the numbing injections( this the inflammation). Thats what that yellow gooey stuff was from as well

If the first 2 pics are the end result, your lip lift came out awesome! With plastic surgery there is always a trade off. In your case it was a rough recovery, but it came out great in the end.
