Lip lift ruined my face

ORIGINAL POST

He Will Ruin Your Face.

$20,000
He ruined my face and ny life. He didn't losten to me and ended up doing the exact opposite of what we agreed upon. He made a decision mid surgery without my consent. When I expressed my concerns and told him this isn't what I asked for he replied "maybe you'll get used to it." 20K later and I look WORSE than what I did b4 I met him. He's supposed to make people feel and look better! He made me look worse! Don't let him do this to you.

No. 20k total he was SUPPOSED to give me a B cup fix my chin and a subtle lip lift and fat transfer. 20k total for all the things he fucked up.

If you notice.. I have more than one photo of all the things he did to me. I left my breast out bc I am not comfortable posting those but once again he did not do what I asked him to. You can clearly see in my photos he over did my face under did my chin and over did under my eyes. Plus my lip. So 4 different things.. 20K later.. and still look ugly.

Oh but youre miles away from being ugly, stop! I actually think you have a very cute nose and I think your cheeks look fine. But for your chin, I’m not sure what he was trying to achieve. He injected fillers under your chin? First time i’ve heard of that!

Dear jdmom, I am so sorry you feel this way, it's clear how upset you are, but you certainly are not ugly at all, in the photos you look quite pretty - and you do not look like the Joker as you say. I know this doesn't help because you feel how you feel, but you must calm down and think your way through this. Let your face settle for awhile as it may improve on its own with a little time, and rather than sinking into the depths of depression and feeling your face is ruined, begin doing research and seeking opinions from other doctors and people who have had similar procedures and had things corrected - to eventually decide what you can or should do to correct what you are upset about. I know the money makes it worse, paying so much to have a result that you don't want, but if you accept that these procedures are often not one step to perfection but instead, a journey to the look you want and that you are on that journey, and that all you've had is a misstep, even though it's an expensive one - you may feel less hopeless. Because there are other doctors and techniques - others may disagree, but I recommend that it's probably best you don't let this same doctor try to "fix" anything, even if he offers, as you have lost confidence. In spite of the money I suggest you wait until it's clear to you that your look isn't going to improve enough to your satisfaction and take the time to find someone else who can address what you explain you are unhappy with and inspire trust that what you don't like can be made closer to what you envisioned. You do not have to live with a look you are so unhappy with, but you must love yourself even now, and do not rush into another procedure in your unhappiness. Sending you hugs and encouragement that you can, with calm patience and the right help, get yourself looking as you like.
