Can Philtrum Get Smaller After Healed?

I had my lip lift and aside the swelling, I barely see any difference on the philtrum size. My nose looks absolutely huge and I hope THAT comes back to normal. Feels like crying everyday, I had a horrible side effect to the medication (amoxicilin + clavulanate) 12 hours feeling bad and vomiting after the surgery. Feels like I went through a huge nightmare for nothing. Is there any chance the philtrum gets smaller after healed?

First off I can for sure see a difference your lower face seems more balanced. Please don’t get me wrong you were beautiful before very beautiful skin but I can see a difference! Absolutely no decision on anything needs to be made 48 hours before a major procedure there’s too much swelling asymmetry you are emotional. Just please remember that! I remember feeling that way after my rhinoplasty. Please give us an update and trust the process. Obviously go to your doctor if you have concerns.
